Kasta Morrely Organization implemented in May 2012-January 2013 the European project “How to solve global challenges through volunteering” funded by EUROPEAN COMMISSION through Youth in Action Programme.

The central activity of the project was the International Training “How to solve global challenges through volunteering” developed from 4 to 13 July 2012 in Iasi and attended by youth leaders and workers from 10 countries: Turkey, Italy, Azerbaijan, Macedonia, Ukraine, Armenia, Malta, Hungary, Moldova and Romania.

The project addressed issues such as: importance of volunteering, sustainable development, global environmental challenges, European cooperation in the field of youth etc. Participants benefited from activities and training sessions held by experienced multi-qualified trainers with international achievements as trainer of trainers, project managers, auditors in the field of quality, evaluator of professional competences, human resources inspectors etc.

The training course applied the principles of non-formal learning through methods that actively involved participants such as workshops, debates, green flash mob, intercultural activities etc.
Kasta Morrely Organization offered the participants specialized course materials and Youth Pass certificates generated by European Commission for recognition of competences developed within the project.
